Funding for a program that is aimed at transforming women’s primary health care delivery by strengthening the contributions of primary care physicians, encouraging the entry of physician trainees into the primary care profession and through the collaborative design, by all health professionals in the Fish Center practice, of team based systems of care that serve as greatly needed and replicable models during a time of rapidly growing demand in a swiftly changing health care environment. Funds will be used for covering physicians to provide patient care while the participating physicians are in the training program.
