Funding for a program (summit) that will investigate the development and dissemination of best practices in education and training in existing PCMH pilot projects. An advisory committee will be convened to plan the Summit, and members of the committee will be leaders in graduate medical education and represent stakeholder groups. There will also be trainee representatives. The advisory committee will define the major areas of content and identify experts to present the Summit.
