Support a conference titled, “Team-Based Competencies: Building a Shared Foundation for Education and Practice.” The purpose of the two-day conference is to advance interprofessional education, which provides both academic and clinical experiences for students from two or more health professions to work in a collaborative partnership to provide patient-centered care.
